Toronto Artist Project 2025
Join me at the 2025 Artist Project at booth 300 as I unveil my latest work "Imaginary Lines," In it I explore the delicate balance between urban expansion and the natural habitats of wildlife. The work features animals confined behind fences and walls, adorned with graffiti that speaks to the urban environment. These barriers symbolize the invisible yet impactful lines that separate nature from urban development.Through this series, I aim to highlight the struggles of small wildlife that navigate the boundaries of city life, often overlooked and marginalized. The animals, depicted as peering through these barriers, embody a sense of longing and resilience, challenging us to reconsider our relationship with the natural world within our urban spaces."Imaginary Lines" is a reflection on the environmental impact of human encroachment and an invitation to recognize and address the invisible lines we draw between ourselves and the wild inhabitants of our cities. It is a call to break down these barriers and to foster a more harmonious coexistence with the natural world.
